reChurched is my journey of rethinking Church / God / Life. Rethinking why I became a “Christian” and what does it mean to be a Christian at this moment in history. Rehinking my responsabilities, my actions, and my call.
I want to find other people who are tired of just “bible stories” and “nursery rhymes” and instead are pursuing living the gospel. Showing the scars and talking about the wounds. Becoming a group of people who can admit they are broken and have nothing left to hide.
I am relearning what God means, what the bible has to say to me, and why Jesus is worthy of my life. throwing away the corporate church stamp of Christianity, letting go of the guilt and fear of never being good enough, and taking life one day and one obstacle at a time.
In short I feel I am becoming reChurched.
